Oops! There are errors in your configuration!

The following errors will need to be corrected before the script will be able to run. Please look over the following problems, and fix them. If you're not sure what any of this means, please email the author and I'll try to explain it. You may also want to check the FAQ since it has a lot of information about "system paths," and "chmod" and that sort of stuff. :-)

You have set $temp_signup_file to "/home/uv9600/cgisubscribe/temp_signup.txt", but I cannot write to that file, or it doesn't exist there. (When I tried to write to it, your server gave this message: "No such file or directory".) If the server says it doesn't exist, that's probably because the path is not quite right. $temp_signup_file needs to be the full system path to your CGI-Subscribe temporary signup file (usually temp_signup.txt). If it does exist there, try to chmod it to 766.

You have set $password_file to "/home/uv9600/cgisubscribe/passfile.txt", but I cannot write to that file, or it doesn't exist there. (When I tried to write to it, your server gave this message: "No such file or directory".) If the server says it doesn't exist, that's probably because the path is not quite right. $password_file needs to be the full system path to your CGI-Subscribe password file (usually passfile.txt). If it does exist there, try to chmod it to 766.

You have set $opt_in_file to "/home/uv9600/cgisubscribe/optin.txt", but I cannot write to that file, or it doesn't exist there. (When I tried to write to it, your server gave this message: "No such file or directory".) If the server says it doesn't exist, that's probably because the path is not quite right. $opt_in_file needs to be the full system path to your CGI-Subscribe opt in file (usually optin.txt). If it does exist there, try to chmod it to 766.

You have set $subscribers_database to "/home/uv9600/cgisubscribe/subscribers.db", but I cannot write to that file, or it doesn't exist there. (When I tried to write to it, your server gave this message: "No such file or directory".) If the server says it doesn't exist, that's probably because the path is not quite right. $subscribers_database needs to be the full system path to your subscribers file (usually subscribers.db). If it does exist there, try to chmod it to 766.

You have set $opt_out_file to "/home/uv9600/cgisubscribe/optout.txt", but I cannot write to that file, or it doesn't exist there. (When I tried to write to it, your server gave this message: "No such file or directory".) If the server says it doesn't exist, that's probably because the path is not quite right. $opt_out_file needs to be the full system path to your CGI-Subscribe opt out file (usually optout.txt). If it does exist there, try to chmod it to 766.
